Diricawl locations in Hogwarts Legacy: How to get Diricrawl Feathers

If you’re looking to take your wizarding skills to the next level in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll need to start collecting resources and taming mythical creatures. One of the most valuable resources in the game is the Diricrawl Feathers, dropped by the elusive Diricawls.

In this guide, we’ll explore the mysterious world of these flightless birds and show you exactly where to find them so you can start collecting their feathers and upgrading your gear.

What are Diricawls?

Diricawls are mythical creatures that are similar to Dodos, but with a magical twist. Endowed with magic, these birds can appear and disappear, making them challenging to catch. Despite this, Diricawls are highly valued in the wizarding world, as they drop Diricrawl Feathers – a vital resource for upgrading your gear.

Where to Find Diricawls in Hogwarts Legacy

Unlike other creatures in the game, Diricawls are confined to specific areas, making it easier to track them down. Here are the top three places to find Diricawls:

1. Northwest of Keenbridge

If you’re looking to find Diricawls in abundance, head northwest of Keenbridge to the ruins. Despite the area being surrounded by hostile creatures, it’s possible to enter the den without drawing attention to yourself.

Taming and Collecting Diricrawl Feathers

Once you’ve found the Diricawls, it’s time to catch them and start collecting their feathers. To do this, you’ll need the nab-sack, which you’ll receive after completing the quest “The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and The Loom”. Using the Levioso spell can also make the catching process easier.

Once you’ve caught the Diricawls, they’ll appear in the Vivarium in the Room of Requirement, where they can be bred, trained, and used to collect the Diricrawl Feathers.

Bottom Line

With this guide, you now have the knowledge you need to track down and tame the elusive Diricawls in Hogwarts Legacy. Remember to use the nab-sack and Levioso spell to make the catching process easier, and start collecting those valuable Diricrawl Feathers. Happy hunting!
